Project visit to Mykolaiv

On 16 July, the UNECE team, in collaboration with One Works, will make a significant visit to Mykolaiv to officially present the Concept Masterplan: Vision and Strategic Proposal to Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych and the city council. This pivotal meeting will involve in-depth discussions on the planned strategies for Mykolaiv's sustainable urban development. The team will explore key elements of the masterplan, including innovative approaches to post-war reconstruction, green infrastructure integration, and economic revitalization initiatives. Additionally, they will conduct site visits to potential areas for pilot projects, engage with local stakeholders, and host a public forum to gather community feedback on the proposed vision. This visit marks a crucial step in translating the masterplan from concept to actionable projects for Mykolaiv's future.
