Post-war reconstruction
According to the mayor, the city authorities have already begun working on planning for reconstruction of the city after the war.
“The work does not stop, we are doing it now so as not to waste time. Both foreign partners and the public are involved in the process, so that people participate and influence what Mykolaiv will become after the war. We collected residents’ proposals, and the information was passed on to the One Works company, which is helping us in the development of the master plan.”
An example for other cities
The aim is that we will be an example for others. After the completion of our work, Ukrainian cities will take Mykolaiv’s work as an example,” the mayor said.
